Hi Group, (warning LONG post) I read the Web Marketing forums and thought I'd give my two cents worth on driving traffic to your site...

The best site for this is the IRS web site itself.

By the way, we ,the IRS have a wonderful web site that you can use anytime if you want to stop sending us all that money.

What prompted me to start this question is a local investor here in Indianapolis, IN sold some houses to an out of state group of investors, they were brought to town by a GURU and the deals pale by comparison to what I have to offer.So, instead of re-creating the wheel, I thought that if someone here in Bigger Pockets, the most "vetted" investor web site available, had a good experience, then it could be a good fit.

If its not in a high traffic area, I'd get signs out on the main streets.

I'm interested to hear if anyone has read it yet or has some other suggestions for books, articles, web-sites or blogs.Happy investing!!!

I know there are threads for the web and blogging here on BP, but social media is so much more than that.

I do look at his weekly e-mail and the listings on his web site, and from that it would appear he moves one or two listings per week.
