When people start messing with contracts I think scheme because they usually word it to trap the seller

People get trapped in a loop of podcasts and books and sweating if they should use a 7.9% or 6.3% vacancy factor.

I will agree to $94,500 AFTER buyers agent commission is paid *and* I'll pay for the Wood Destroying Insect Report.That's $97,500 total @ 3%. 

Some folks will pay the contractors in sections to keep them motivated/honest.

It’s hard to unlock equity trapped in a property if needed.

Knowing my own personality, I don't think I would look forward to a desk job.  2) I am afraid that if I do get a job making a decent amount of money, I may fall into that same trap that so many people fall into.
