Just budget for it.There is so much free information available, all it takes is your free time to scoop it up and incorporate it into your life plan.Also don't get entangled with someone who doesn't share your vision, or who doesn't give your vision credit when you explain it.

You can always have your attorney incorporate a 5-10 day attorney review which may have saved you in this situation because asbestos is considered a hazardous material to humans.  

Why isn’t this something incorporated into public schools?

IMO, the newest incorporated city outside a major city.

@Benoit Cadot there are business purpose/DSCR based loans that do not incorporate your income.

In the next five years I will adjust my strategy to incorporate appreciating houses, but I need to see the housing market even out.I want to thank anyone that takes their time to respond.

@Anthony Holloway Hey Anthony just adding my two cents here as far as Atlanta goes I recommend College Park, East Point, Hapeville, South Fulton(newly incorporated city may not show up on most searches) and parts of Riverdale

@Dawn AnastasiYes I have the person's contact info, copy of his driver's license and his LLC article of incorporation docs, and signed contracts.  

I think I would incorporate a whole section for "HOA" in the lease.
