Wow,  some wild ideas in this thread.Forget state law, federal law, you can't discriminate on sources of funds BECAUSE they come from government sources, welfare. food stamps, Sec 8, grants for housing allowances, military housing` allowance, etc.Then you get into allowable rents that may be paid under Sec 8, the household income is computed, with the voucher amount, the can't pay more than 33% of gross income (I believe it's still 33%).The rent that can be charged is not effected, unless you have rental controls from other regulations.
