The bank will assign the property to a broker and start to entertain the "Short Sale Process" which also may take several bids and more time lapses.

So in addition to finding and generating our own Wholesale deals in the larger Chicago area and beyond, we also want to entertain solid assignment deals from other Wholesalers.Below is the checklist we have created for Wholesalers to separate "the chaff from the wheat."

Like Scott described in Set for Life I am making cuts to by budget that will make a real difference with out hating it, like saving $50 on entertainment (decrease in life enjoyment) vs finding my 2 roommates and cutting my mortgage from $1250/month to $150/month and cutting utilities to a 1/3 for me.

The most entertaining aspect about this whole "top of the market" discussion is what people expect to happen once we do see a downturn.

That is to say, he is a personality that makes some outrageous (and at times entertaining) statements to sell his products.

We also like to add value by making them entertaining, I'd like to say funny but I'm not sure if we ever hit that mark so I use entertaining.
