I agree with @James Malone..I have a property manager that listed on the other sites but got the most interest/replies on Facebook Marketplace.

There is a lot of great people on this site in the spokane area.

MS don't fool around.. they picked him up on Friday night ( you know on purpose) so he had to sit in the cooler until Monday when the judge got in to set bail.But every state is different on how they handle this stuff.in the list I gave you I have funded wholesalers and flippers in all those cities Save NY ... every other one I have funded in... along with half a dozen more cities not mentioned that are too tough to wholesale in in the first place like CA..wholesaling is a very very tough gig.. and not a starter strategy.. the guys I know that are successful have big business's with huge budgets to make this work.. its not a hey I have no money I am going to wholesale and get money to buy and hold.. can that work . sure a blind squirrel finds an acorn.. but to really make any money at it .. its a full blown business.. with all the things you need in a mature business enterprise.. staff  capital... experience and UBER sales skills.

You may find an enterprising one trying to build their business who will work and show on the weekends, but the expectations are not the same as for residential real estate.

As far as the septic, I assume it's an on site system?

It has been another two weeks, and I've now paid the first month mortgage on the unit, and still have no renters.I've listed in Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, TenantCloud (including the third party sites ie: Zillow, Trulia, Apartments, etc..)My listing reads as such:Enjoy Lake Owasso, tennis or the pool with this architecturally designed remodel.

For instance, in my county you can do a search through the courthouse website's link to some 3rd party site for lis pendens notices that have gone out in a given time frame.

However, to get there, you have to start small - and that puts you into the interest category of 5+ units.....along with all the guru disciples. 2) Anything between 5+ units and on site managed MF's is mostly junk.
