What I'm really hoping is that despite everything we're talking about here, more and more people pile into the segment at the height of the next economic cycle and I'll be able to eventually sell my portfolio online to some numbers-obsessed out-of-state child of the mind with money burning a hole in his pocket who only hears what he wants to hear.

You should do this in every room/every outlet.....now that you as the owner know about this deficiency you have to correct it (imagine a child gets electrocuted and the insurance finds out that you were discussing this on a forum?)

I did note that there was nothing mentioned in your MLS description of it being a place for children- even if someone had just one child and the condo would work for them just fine.
