With what is going on in the world right now most banks have put the brakes on any equity loans or lines. 

What are the real costs of rehab, resell, rent, clean brake from Andy, etc.?  

But the days of leaving your bachelor(ette) pad for Highlands Ranch are gone.I think the MMJ business has put some pressure on industrial and retail space, but even bigger is the demand for office space downtown and the rise of shared workspaces.

I posted it on Zillow which posted to hot pads and trulia etc..Do you use professional pics or would you just take them yourself and post them in you ad?

I basically added up all of what I think my future expenses are going to be for the life I want to live and doubled it for extra padding.

@Grant Hamlin I suggest testing out the full time real estate gig before you put the brakes on college altogether.

Easy to upgrade to disk brakes and electronic ignition....or just keep your truck and maintain it :)I should also mention that I rely on public transportation and my own two feet when necessary and don't drive much (I also have a 2008 Chevy Malibu that I inherited...it has 23,000 miles on it).

Nuetral remnants or all one color in bedrooms, you will need to remove pads to do this.

I also like being able to sell the trailers to tenants and rent the pads to them.Of course we only talk about winners!

A bunk bed in a crash pad could easily rent for $600-$700.
