Inventory level has increased whereas reduction in prices are widespread now.

Is it widespread/continuous around the foundation wall?  

I understand bad things happen to good people but this is far too widespread to use that excuse.

Those things are great for causing recessions and, frankly, I hope they never come back to widespread availability. 

Seems like new constructions aren’t experiencing the problem, and if It was as widespread as the media claims It to be, the city growth would be at a standstill but people continue to flock to Cape Coral, IMO.

Often considered a form of predatory lending, equity stripping became increasingly widespread in the early 2000s.

There might be a few states that allow listed auctions, but I doubt its very widespread.  

I just have a difficult time believing it is as widespread as your post would make it seem.On the banking side, you are exactly correct about the right hand of the large banks/originators having no clue what the left is doing.
