I am getting into wholesaling and have some questions.

Wholesaling is a tougher business than many make it out to be.

I’m thinking about going the virtual wholesaling route.

It appears he wholesaled a property that someone had forged ownership on. 

I’m new to real estate and looking to get started, I’ve watched a lot of videos and a lot say to start out wholesaling.

Look around these boards-- frauds popping up daily, misleading advertisements, posts about acquiring X amount of houses at Y cap rates only to be truly just wholesaling them, columbus cartel swarming, etc.

Hi I was wondering if anybody would be willing to share an example of what their buybox looks like.
