I also don't like that they're not transparent with their pricing or what the product does on their website.

Just fyi, I kept encountering new investors (in my coaching business) who had seen/explored Section 8 Karim, so I spent some time on his website, etc., evaluating his claims.

Being about an hour from Disney, their reviews seem to paint a picture that there are many folks that stop through for a few nights on their way to theme parks or further south in the state.  

I checked the website AirDna and most homes that rent well offer a pool as an amenity.  

I ask because a lot of new investors are getting lured into the thought of them because you get paid by the government this alleged "guaranteed rent", but that's not really how it all works.The Section 8 website for your area or the larger one should have metrics per square foot for the area.

Either they get approved through the website, or they have to pay the fees.
