It may work a lot differently in large metropolitan markets but in our community, our reputation of integrity is vital.  

You can listen and learn about a lot of different facets of the industry to decide what you are most interested in pursuing.  

I’d totally trust my gut on this, and I’ve found trusting your gut, is pretty important in all facets of real estate (and life for that matter).

One common takeaway from every informational source is that networking is absolutely vital to succeed in this line of work. 

I have seen that Mountain American offers this 10% down NOO on 1-4 units as well but have had clients reach out to me since Mountain American can be very slow to respond and keep the loan process moving forward, especially on a purchase when hitting certain milestones is vital.

I wish for it to be very in-depth so as to understand lots of facets to the industry and process.

I will definitely start networking with other investors in my area and continue my learning on the many facets of multifamily real estate.
