If the heat isn't above the legally required temperature they might declare the unit uninhabitable and boot the tenant out until the situation is rectified (which will of course be a day later when they can come back and verify the temperature is back to normal).

Go with a butcher block island for a dinner table and buy some metal legs from Etsy.

You might also want to consider loss of rental income coverage in case your property becomes uninhabitable.

It is uninhabitable as it was in a fire in 2010 and has been sitting ever since.

In many ways, Lexington functions as an island in terms of development, with high demand and limited supply positioning it for controlled appreciation.

@Rahma ZaghariEssentially, if you have no experience with this space be prepared for anything and everything; you will be on an island in the beginning so prepare to adapt.
