HI fellow BP members, I'm looking for recommendations for a trustworthy and experienced home inspector in the Sacramento/Elk Grove area. 

., Josh is working with a PM/GC that is extremely trust worthy and has a great reputation within the Fayetteville REI community.

As someone who has seen both the upside and downside of real estate investments it is imperative to find someone who is trustworthy, realistic, and experienced when partnering on an investment, be it real estate or something else.

You're going to need to build and manage a good and trustworthy team remotely (unless you plan on flying out every week).

I have one but I'm always looking for other trustworthy/reliable contracts.

Need a referral for reliable trustworthy contractor/construction crew in the  Dallas and Oklahoma areas?

I'm not the first one who bumped into these troubles, not the last either.Even after doing business with a provider, there's no guarantee he/she's trustworthy.

But if you decide to invest out of state, you got to find someone trustworthy as your "boots-on-the-ground" team.

I'm not sure where to find  trustworthy lender, whether I should own and finance properties as an LLC vs individual with umbrella insurance, etc.
