Hey Virginia, I owned a metal refinishing company for many years.

I was looking into a new construction condo-hotel in Treasure Island, FL so they couldn't produce financials, but comparing the property to financials of similar buildings nearby, the potential was ridiculous.

They can  both be invested in notes, real estate, metals, tax liens and private equity, to name a few.
