Some time ago I become treasurer of the local Bar assoc legal aide referral program.

I already have the info from the Treasurer's office on registration and depositing funds into their trust account, but am looking for more info on the actual auction from someone who may have attended. 

I've been reading on this website for quite some time and it is a treasure trove of useful information.

Hello BP,I have been trying to get a list of delinquent taxes from the Kent County Treasures office here is Grand Rapids. 

Subject should read "New To BP"Hello I'm really glad to had found you folks at BP so many questions answered in so little time it really is a  "treasure trove" of information however I still have a lot of questions I'm new to real estate and more then midway through my course material and passed the first 2 courses if all go's well I'm excited to be licensed early - mid December. 

As for refinancing a tax deeded property, I had to first quiet the title on the properties I bought, and then I could use the properties as collateral for a construction loan (which rolled over to a traditional mortgage).Honestly, the best resource I have found for questions like this, is my local county treasurer.

Is it possible to purchase and assign a deal with a county trustee, I have a house that is a high end area and its owned by the county trustee treasurer, is it normal for them to sell these properties wholesale?

Is it okay to accept transfer of a raw land parcel from a seller who obtained it through a quitclaim deed from the county treasurer.
