If you feel like the marketing and exposure is there, then drop the price. 

I'm just getting a temperature feel from all of the STR investors out there that are paying attention to new markets.

I am hopeful we will see another interest rate drop and have a hot Spring market.

I have had investors try to do seller financing but it was confusing in my case since I still had a mortgage on it and then he also wanted to do cash but drastically dropped the offer price so in the end we didn't come to an agreement.

So, a lot of this input has helped me decide to stick with that for now instead of dropping healthcare altogether. 

And if the fed rate continues to drop, so will the mortgage rate. 

If I did it I would drive around my neighborhood and drop off notes in front of houses that look like in disrepair.

Currently the manufacturers "solution" is to "not allow the temperature inside the house to vary".
