We will likely get a realtor in that case… I hope we can sell in time to get the energy efficient passive solar property we want/need, but I’d suppose it’s still possible if we get the ball rolling with a the local realtor soon.

It's very expensive, has horrible traffic on restrictive roads due to the geography, but is very beautiful, not much snow, milder temperature swings, great hiking and outdoor activities such as 4x4 or hot air balloon tours - very touristy.
