Typically service companies (telephone, cable and garbage) can not and water and sewer (usually public entities) can.

There is a property that I'm interested that is listed on the MLS, and I have the sellers telephone number.

So far I can't find any address or telephone for the daughter.

I started selling business telephone systems on eBay way before I was 18, I jumped into real estate a few years ago when the market was good.

Then I have a 5 minute telephone screening, followed by a 30 minute telephone interview prior to showing.  

I was hoping to find something off MLS for my first, but if this doesn't work, it looks like I may have to work on my telephone skills.
