With that being said I think you will find the multi-family model, 2-4 units more profitable, than a SF.

As we moved from a syndication model to a fund model, we made several changes to our business model.

I don't find too much value on this aspect, the valuation models are all the same, and your data wouldn't be differentiated.

Think of yourself living in the rooms, not for style, but is there enough space (ie don't buy a place with lots of tiny rooms).
