The city's infrastructure is not the best, streets are awful and every building is old.

I ask because if you redid ele and plumbing for kitchen and bath, plus added new panel and did rewiring, than those costs are quite low.

They got the place appraised last year for $560k and that did not include the 3bed/2 bath single family house that I am getting in the deal. 

How did you decide which neighborhood/street/zip code to start with?

The homes I own total to 24 bedrooms, 8 bedrooms per home (1 master and 7 shared bath bedrooms).

I own a similarly sized 4-plex on the same street two blocks away whose appraisal dropped from 1.674M to 1.434M (14.3%) for 2025. 

We have added parking behind the home on some of our houses or extended the driveway to allow for more off-street parking. 

In some jurisdictions, off street parking can be a requirement.  

There is a burned out shell of a building located on a main street near our home.

I live in a trailer court a mobile home trailer house I own just pay lot rent so other night we minding our own business he came over to stay the night because it was day of work and management was drunk didn't know to later but she was knocking on my door I didn't hear her as I was cleaning up a mess in bathroom my son made my older son said someone at door it was management she yelled screaming call my man all kids of names yell at me about my disability saying things about his sex offender registry and such in front of my kids made a much of threats and bunch of other things were said but problem was she did it drunk and had most of the neighbors on my street gathered together to watch or do this and then gathered around gossiping about me afterwards.
