Yes there is the SCRA but also understand that many states also enact additional legislation for active duty military families regarding relief during deployment and PCS (permanent change of station) .

(I Really wanted to say to Leave the keys in it at a gas station and ...you get the idea but since you are backwards that would not work. 

History: Active Duty E6 stationed in Virginia and purchased my first home in VA utilizing my VA Loan in February 2018.

One of the two stabbed someone at a gas station - I recognized them from the news article (they had security footage), and they've been turned in to the police (the police have all their info, but haven't acted on it yet).

I am also looking at Fort Hood I was stationed there for my first duty station and I used to own a house about 20 minutes from the base. 

There was only one or two companies that did this sort of work on residential tanks and their prices reflected that it was not a giant tank in the ground running a shell station. 

Jon - welcome in advance ...the 15 min drive time you initially mention is a bit unrealistic  as  getting a few miles in that time from SLU is a rare  accomplishment …..I live in NE Seattle  ... 6 miles from my office in SLU area and it normally is a 30-45 min commute  driving  …..light rail from husky  stadium is great as I can get to office in 30 min  with a 7 block walk from Westlake  station …1.2 mill budget   should cover most of the  North / NE and NW areas of  Seattle proper  …...some other neighborhoods / areas worth a look  include  maple leaf ….Ravenna ..west seattle  ( longer sommute from here ) ...Laurelhurst ...view ridge ..wedgewood if needing financing - get  pre approved  in case you need to make a move on a property quickly  good luck and  feel free to call or email with any questions
