I hope this thread can help solve some issues hosts have with the experiences of others. 

Just getting a quitclaim deed before the foreclosure does not solve the problem, because the law gives redemption rights to the owner (now you, if you have a quitclaim deed) AND the borrower (which might be a different person than the current owner, especially if you have a quitclaim.) 

By that, I mean:- What kind of problems would it solve for you?

No clue why they do not let you.

(I don't drink coffee so I wouldn't have a clue) Especially from Boquete.  

The brokers will have the best pulse on the market I never found a Realtor that had much a clue as to Rehab costs, sorry.

My suggestion would be to jot down all the activities that are taking up your time, then start researching how other STR operators have solved those exact problems.

However, as this WSJ article points out, falling interest rates won’t solve all the problems faced by many buyers in current market conditions.What if I’m a buyer?

Software should be used to solve a problem.

I had NO CLUE what I was doing when I got this property under contract, but I knew in my gut I had something AWESOME that could change the trajectory of my life & real estate experience & career.
