I've never had a listing anywhere near this price range but I would begin to research the kind of people my buyer's would be, what kind of jobs they would have, where I could meet and find them.Secondly, I would get professional photography of the property and expose the home on social media and pay for ads on instagram, facebook and anywhere else it would make sense to.

Unless I think I can time the market, I am going to keep deploying my cash in something better than that.I am also bearish on treasuries, which I think will generally see yields rise (and values decline) on anything with longer maturities (yield curve normalization and long term downward pressure on the ratings/"safety" of US gov't debt).

I think there a scamThey only take wire or ACHtheres no social media profile.i asked for them to send reviews, referral partners & social media.they we're defensive in there response.All the contact emails under the name is FB & LinkedIn icon but yet there not found
