When I DM'd you, asking if you would put my mind at rest by simply confirming you own the asset, your response was, "I don't owe her a response about anything on my website nor do I have to prove anything lol".

As usual in most responses in this forum you are getting conflicting information. 

Same goes for many apartment buildings offering MoveIn Specials.So, if it's slow-time winter or a property won't rent for another reason, why waste time worrying about why it works or how to avoid it?

for one tenant it says that the landlord is responsible for utilities, and for the other tenant it says that the tenant is responsible for utilities.
