For those that have yet to do this, it takes less than 10 minutes if you are a single member llc - just make sure to have a copy of some sort of identification. we did all of ours .. and our attorney contacted us as well and let us know to get them done or he would do them for us. 

I would have to own the new investments outright in SC if I stick to single family rentals.

Is it a single-family home or condo?

I don't know a single person who regrets starting out with a quad and house hacking.

For example, my client just closed a 3/2 single family house for $160k that was already rented at $1900/month and near turnkey and in a super desirable residential area.

Single adult + 2 kids2.

Currently I am working on 2 single family homes, with the help of my realtor and mentor, Gloria N Gear. 

The one bank left kept a 1 mil line of credit for me ( down from 15 mil) had me  on a 90 day extensions for 4 years and allowed to to earn back in.

Eventually, I’d like to purchase a single-family home as well.Thanks again for your valuable insights! 

I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with a similar situation to mine and or has any advice.I'm looking to buy a triplex as well as a single family home that is on one parcel, so 4 total units.
