They are reluctant to move, don't want to go through the hassle of sifting through years accumulation of stuff.I see this all the time, as a portion of my business is dealing with estate and probate properties.

@Mike Osterman  There will always be deals to be had due to the foreclosure process the key is just sifting through the deals to find the ones with equity on the table!!
