No reason needed, just be sure to have your notice served properly, by either 1.)serving them personally and have them sign for it, 2.)post it/ mail it/cert mail it or a 3rd option use a private process server.

You'll need to have them served with the paperwork though, which you could do through a process server local to them if you know where they live.

Assuming that is not the case, a soft bounce is when an email comes back to us, either your inbox is full or the server is somehow not responding.Check with your email provider to see why this keeps happening.
