I have pet parrots who are incredibly sensitive to the toxic fumes given off from cooking teflon pans, and am concerned that the ventilation in certain homes may bring my tenants fumes into my own living space.

My guess is that this new tenant is just super sensitive to noise.

I guess since I studied and got my brokers license in 3 states  that I am probably sensitive to this issue.

As it effected my eye sight in a terrible way. not only the right eye , but also left eye was very light sensitive.

If you set these two scenarios up with ROE being your comparison metric you can then run a sensitivity analysis on rates to see how it affects your decision.

Being conservative, and perhaps having an over sensitive scam radar, I'd pass.

The people in default are extremely sensitive and will view your actions through glasses of negativity, so treat them the way you would want to be treated if you were in their situation.
