Would this be a deterrent for the seasoned investors?

My current deal has been delayed for over 30 days because the Launch rep wasn't aware that you cannot wire money from an offshore account- by federal regulation, the money must season in a US bank account for 30 days.

I moved into the property while getting it prepared for the next season so I could quailify for better loan options.

Great way to quickly get a lot of the insight on Zoning, neighborhoods, seasonality, pricing, etc. 

For example if you are planning a house hack using a conventional conforming loan then your down payment will need to be "seasoned" and sitting in an account for some months.The origins need to be traceable for 2 reasons.

If there are any seasoned investors here who have experience with duplex/triplex investments, I would love to connect and learn from your experiences. 

There will typically be a seasoning requirement if the operating agreement is new, unless the entity never had one to begin with.

I suspect that the differences have to do with time of year and/or weather it is legal in the STR city.My STR is  MTR during the academic year which it is easy to smoke outside in the yard during STR season.
