How safe/what grade would you assign to Academy, Kingsway West, and the surrounding neighborhoods?

Interest rates ha probably peaked so if they got away with it thsi long they are probably safe. 

I used to use Corel Logic and Land Safe but it appears they know longer are in the business.

This is a safe place for my CO investors to vent.In all seriousness, the dramatic policy increases I have seen numerous investors stomach right now is making us all scratch our heads and wonder what alternative options are out there.

I'm all for safe housing and keep up with any issues on my properties but this is insane.
