If you want to be in an area with a lot of development and gentrification then I would recommend looking in the Ybor, Temple Terrace areas of TampaNow if you want to be in a new development neighborhood with good schools I would recommend looking into Riverview, Fl which is just south of Down Town Tampa and it is a very commutable drive for renters if they work in the Tampa area.
