So I have a few members of our REIA who bought into his online store scheme, anyone else out $40,000 with no one responding at all these days.

We aren't negative people; we are responding negatively to the barrage of cult-like reviews.

You’ll find plenty of friendly, knowledgeable people willing to respond to your posts.

Now they’ve said they are holding for an Indefinite amount of time and since then they’ve stopped responding to me and email once or twice a year with corporate speak that says nothing useful. 

Provide a nice place to live, where you show pride of ownership and they will typically respond with taking care of your place.But also, being selective in who you rent to.
