It's led me to discover home monitoring systems like Eyedro (for electricity) and Flo (for water), where apparently you can track usage and figure out the consumption for a separate unit like a mother-in-law suite.

@Chris Gladstone , I do use Mint as a monitoring app rather than budgeting app. 

You can dispatch someone pretty easily and then you can monitor the scope of work being done.

It may be some time to get all the parts in place.In the meantime, you should continue to monitor your holding and rebalance or adjust investments as appropriate. 

I service East Tennessee but would go farther afield if the opportunity was right.Factors like travel, equipment cost, insurance, FAA NAS (national airspace system) research for the prospective area, weather monitoring etc. all take time and money, so I turn down jobs regularly that expect bottom dollar.   

we did not pay anything.. keep in mind West coast and East coast title companies are so completely different.. we have a customer service department that is all digitized.. info is at their computer monitor and in their data base.. 

They have smoking/MJ detectors available, but I’m not convinced they are better than just good screening and monitoring.

We replaced the refrigerator because it’s temperature was varying more than it should; she monitored its temperature.

-set up a good system with some controls in place to ensure your invoices approved/checks cut and paid is being monitored.
