Each one is different, so I'd advisse you to check out your local office, and have a good discussion with the team leader.  

It used to be those kinds of boards were populated by Union leaders and home builders and they have always discriminated against HUD Code Homes and Modular homes.

I wouldn’t work with an agent who has had their license for less than 4 years UNLESS they are working on a team where the team leader has more experience and will be available to help, if needed.

I know many folks these days are thinking just like rentals they are priced out of their own market but go to another market and flip.. well sounds good but pretty tough .One must have a leader in the mix here.. that will be at the job and has  a vested interest.. if not chances of running rehab from you office in Ca as stated pretty tough.

I'm a fellow newbie who's been listening to the podcasts religiously over the past few months since I first found BP. 

All it needed when I was there, nearly 10 years ago now, was young leaders to be involved and take the town in the right direction.  

I also interviewed with a well known brokerage, but I got the impression that the  team leader I interviewed with was mostly interested that i would cap out on  my commissions and  I think she would have accepted anyone with no brains and a pulse.

Helps when city leaders are forward looking. :)

Church leaders, professors, soccer moms, retired trades contractors and the only RE experience or assistance might be from a Realtor who volunteers for the feather.
