When you say commercial, are you thinking multifamily, retail, industrial, or something else?

Remember, people only think of lies on the surface level, if you ask a few specific questions about their process you can see if they're BSing you or not.

There's nothing wrong with considering them along with other options, but I would be careful thinking they will get you more bang for your buck or a more honest operator.Remember: cheaper doesn't mean you'll make more money.Start by going to www.narpm.org to search their directory of managers.

You can't do anything without their permission and should rebuild it a few inches towards your property so it is entirely on your property and you avoid this problem in the future.If it were me, I would talk with my neighbor, "Hey, what do you think of this fence?"

Similarly, if you put several Class D tenants in a Class A 4-plex, what do you think will happen to the property?

I wouldn't think it would take a private lender (which is much higher priced) than a typical mortgage broker's rates.Is there a reason you think you need a private lender?  

Having them pay your LLC does not protect you from anything if that is what you were thinking.
