I did find your post and I have no idea why it would have been removed as there were no admin or moderator flags on our end 😶 Please accept my apology for the inconvenience but it's been resolved and is now back under the Short Term Rentals forum topic!

We were assigned 5 other properties (2 of the them we have paid the $600) and the other 3 are pending charges but today we started getting red flags.

Harris proposed tax credits for builders, cutting red tape, and a $25,000 down payment assistance for first-time buyers.

They have to have the US flag on it.

My CPA has advised not making any moves until 2025 to avoid raising red flags ie cost seg, putting into service, and then selling all in the same year. 

If I get red tagged (I think unlikely), I may reach out for guidance.   

Or is that a red flag?.

If you find proof that a plumber flagged this as a bigger issue, you could have a case that the seller was aware but didn't disclose it.Best of luck! 

In the next few years I may be moving back to Pittsburgh so this could be an option for me in the future.I did complete the backyard rehab project myself, where I went from a weed-ridden red cobblestone courtyard patio to a comfortable pea gravel patio with chairs, firepit, grill, string lights and life-sized games.

Are there any major red flags that I need to consider with this strategy?
