They paid in cash for rent as well as utilities and there were no issues.You can also set it to auto-fill the monthly rent charges on the ledger, or other recurring charges, for all tenants regardless of how they pay.

I generally talk to the tenants (during due diligence) to ask if there are any problems that they've reported and haven't been fixed, or problems that keep recurring.

Combined with the anxiety related to the COVID-19 we're not exactly on terafirma.This week we saw the 10 year treasury bottoming out at a historic 0.35% ( it was 1.8% at the beginning of the year, an 80% decline in yield/increase in price).
