New Jersey doesn't have reciprocity with New York so I'd had to take courses all over again just to register as an agent in New Jersey, so I figured I'd just make some meaningful connections/friendships to avoid that long process.I'm currently working as a Director for my family's daycare center to get things in order so the business could run itself, but that will take a little time.

Hello, I'm a licensed real estate agent in NYC looking to get reciprocity in PA. 

Hi all,I had gotten my RE salesperson license in NY and would like to get reciprocity in PA for STR property investing.

I would just send letters to all of them and say "I am looking to buy multifamily properties" keep it general maybe if a good property comes along and is not the BRRR you want but the numbers make sense see if you can wholesale it to someone and make a couple dollars or send to another investor who is interested in more turn key and try to build some good reciprocation capital. 

There supposedly is reciprocity between GA/NC/SC, so should I continue with my GA license?

For small things I have noticed if you get them done, tenants do remember that and reciprocate with longevity.It also depends on your situation.

I've asked a few lawyers, and they typically respond with telling me a CPA would be more knowledgeable, but when asking a few CPAs, they respond with the reciprocal.

I don't mind reciprocating recs and ideas. 

Many states offer similar courses, or even reciprocity altogether. 

There is some reciprocation, but not enough to warrant it and mostly between nearby states.
