You will have holding costs along the way with repairs, maintenance, taxes, etc.

(Assuming quality of service doesn’t decrease.)No matter how you look at it, that is a ton of money.

You’re in a win win situation no matter what however I guess you would also want to take in account any major cap x repairs that might be coming up soon in the future you might want to avoid paying. 

I have an outdoor pool that easily have 1k+ people using it every season and I never had single complaint due to the water quality.

Turns out, the right marketing found renters who appreciated the quality and were willing to pay a premium.

I am not sure how everyone else manages the repairs on  their properties, but I like the history.

Not being on the ground makes it difficult to monitor progress and judge the quality of work.

I've walked their properties in-person, and their build quality is good.

Other introverts will feel comfortable with you and that could actually help your journey......more important qualities are honesty, integrity and being a harder worker than others.Just be yourself and go get started.
