While it was sitting on the market, the A/C unit was stolen and a punk kid tried to set it on fire.

With this type of setup, you can purchase one alarm and move it from property to property as they become vacant.I have also seen folks board windows up from the inside as well, sometimes using old pallets, as to keep things secure but a little more aesthetic from the outside.

I still want to take pride in my work even if it's on a budget.Phoenix/Scottsdale has an aesthetic I've had to learn from scratch and am still learning, having come from the Northeast and not having a desert sensibility.If you start such a group, Richard, please let me know.Also, please consider starting a second store here in the greater Phoenix area!

The designs are pretty cool and are much more interesting and aesthetically pleasing than I would have guessed possible.

Assuming the above items are all I need to do plus some misc. aesthetics what type of cost am I looking at?

As for the porch, we'll have to put in a window for purely aesthetic reasons, but obviously it won't be functional, as the closet/stairs will be directly behind it.We're open to suggestions, but this may just have to be a remnant of our design that we'll need to live with...
