I know that once I have more established relationships this side will probably get easier but it is painful at this stage haha.

As a born and raised European, I am painfully aware of the scarcity of good quality food in the US.

Bats can be a real pain.

I went through the same painful process of losing money to few so-called private lenders/scammers.

Since not all start out in the same place with the same resources, i thought it would be interesting to hear various opinions insofar as the underlying psychology to ones' strategy.

Its a short term pain that ends with a long (not even to long) term profit from my experience. 

I do a good amount of lead gen, part of the reason I am successful, and I’ve started listening in for folks who may have distressed properties or pain points that require a lower sales price.

I also noticed that I need to get a permit to run airbnb in Indiana which is less painful than the restrictions in Illinois.

This is a bit of psychology though...sometimes guests make mistakes(show up early, fail to communicate back) and when you auto-review them right after they leave, they preemptively think you are giving them a bad review so THEY give YOU a weird review.
