Everyone will promote their market or if they are protective of their Intel, they will keep their market to themselves.  

Make your own judgement, I will just keep neutral here and state my experience only)Their “Exaggerated Advertisement” which only show off the success case but never mentioned about the failed cases (which probably will be count more over the success cases)1.They promote that most of their clients(Or they like call them “”Student”) make a bout $10K to $30K per deal.

The difference between the correct way, and the way that Alex is promoting, is $7,200 in evaded (fraud) taxes.

Chris BP does have a lot of schills on its site for those promoting Guru's courses so you will get some responses like this.

and promote local attractions (pubs, tour guides, yacht rental, etc...) while having them do the same for your rental. 

Given that we are accountants we cannot self promote on BP as its against the rules. 

We should try to promote the meetup a bit with other investors in the Tokyo area - the more the merrier.  

For example, the notion of a "holding" LLC (in a state with charging order protection) that owns other LLCs (in the states where the rental properties are located) is not unique to this firm, but it is certainly promoted more dominantly by this firm than other sources I've come across. 

While my current job, which I was promoted to six months ago, pays well, I still feel like I'm not achieving financial freedom or enough time for myself.
