Yes, that's a problem.As this thing has gone on, I realize that "AI" cannot be taught business ethics.

Vacancy is a normal part of the business.

They do not take into consideration the revenue from the STR business as part of the selling price.So if comps say the duplex is worth 500k, then it is worth 500k.

As a landlord, you are representing yourself to the public as a business. 

I still have a hard time understanding how this business model works for them, but perhaps that upfront fee covers for lack of deal flow (?)
