It's a struggle.In my business, I am inundated with shiny objects that promise to make my business run better, faster, produce more income, etc.

Real estate contracts in Texas are produced by the Texas Real Estate Commission, ie, the government.

The only hope of making any money here is either be on the tiny end that you can turn into a showcase for not that much money, or the high end 6-10 bedroom homes that can hold 2 families or 1 really big family.
