I am no expert but have been present for a few inspections and i always like asking questions.I agree with all that was said already especially holding individuals accountable for caring for their own system.

Additionally, they test to determine what sort of mold/s are present, so as to determine toxicity.  

I usually spend my time, if the seller is present, keeping him/her out of the way if needed, pumping tenants for info, taking measurements for room sizes and drawing floor plans with doors and windows and noting appliances and taking pictures.We look for value add properties that are in decent structural and mechanical condition (except for one deal that we got really cheap).

It was an awesome property that would be 8 digits in Southern CA if you could even find such a property.

If you have a small home (1/1 or 2/1) it may work for travel medical professionals and digital nomads.

I got a presentation from Inland through my financial advisor and because of this thread, am also researching other DST's.

You also see those marketed improperly or not managed very well quite often which presents opportunity for value add. 

My main issues with you and your shtick is how you present it.You GUARANTEE things.
