Water - landlord plays in JC heights typically.

I never had that come into effect on my single family home purchases since I never wanted to personally be on the hook for such a high mortgage, but I think it might come into play for an MFH. 

To me it’s a challenging game, an intricate puzzle where if you learn how to play you get great results.

With new units I will save water and remove the larger older tanks.Installing Power Flush by Glacier Bay from Home Depot at $139 each, They have less chance of getting clogged.

Knowledge is power, especially when it gives you different options.

Pretty often no water, sewer, power or even roads to the property. 

Going to take some time but I’m hopeful to help make downtown a place in excited to bring my kids to and for them to know their dad played a small part!
