Its actually very simple ( I have been buying and sell OOS for 10 years, 100s of deals) videos NOT photos of everything, NOT just what the seller wants you to see.

Taya covered for him and lied about repairs being completed when they were not, hid real damage with the progress photos, and so much more.I paid 13k for a roof on a property last November that was never completed, when I confronted them about it, they lied and told us that it had been and took deceiving photos that hid the work that had not been completed.

First one would be Zillow Rooms - in terms of range and scope of audience.If you want to be formal and have great photos then try on coliving.com Also I believe that booking.com allows it. 

The PM should have done a walk through AND taken photos after the last tenant moved out and again done a walk through with the new tenants.

So, the form requires a date of birth and photo ID for the "company applicant".
