You also loose the benefit of depreciation, that can offset any current profits (you sound as if there may be none, but dare to hope...). 

I definitely agree that working part-time as an agent would be difficult (dare I say impossible?)

From reading your previous post (excerpts below), I infer from it that you are expecting the housing market to go down (pretty soon, I dare to say), and I wonder if you have more specific information about why you think so?

Hey @Tayo Dare, I've done it (in Florida), however, at closing I was essentially "reimbursed" by money from the LLC. 

If I was so daring, they would sell me the slabs and I could do the install (I dont).
