My desire remains the same as it did when I joined, to try and build something with a partner that I can trust to improve the lives of my loved ones.

Then do everything you can to study that specific real estate niche and then start to partner of some deals to help you gain experience and confidence.

I would want to see if you could partner up with someone and split the profits 50/50, 60/40, or 80/20..

Or an experienced flipper/rehabber.What you don't want to do is bring in partners who are just like you.

The advantage of a partner is providing something that one could not get on his/her own.

Have someone physically there to check on the property and partner with them, etc.I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice, but foreigners can setup US business entities in the United States, and not have to be physically in the United States.

I take a slightly different approach and try to partner with local vendors and get commission/kick backs.
